You can't make a solid decision at 3 a.m.

7 figures best year yet · 3 doors on the board · 5 weeks challenge
The challenge
You can't make a solid decision at 3 a.m.
Two weeks into a 5-week challenge with us she hit the wall. Awake, shaking, the worst physical shape she'd been in for years. Ninety miles an hour with several things coming apart at once.
Can I keep doing this. Should I. Do I even want to.
The solution
We stopped solving and started scoping. Three doors on the whiteboard in our old office.
Door one, keep building.
Door two, scale it down.
Door three, let everyone go and run it alone.
What we did
Then we walked all the way through each one. What it costs and pays. What a Tuesday looks like on the other side of each door.
What changed
She picked door one, which is not what she expected to pick while she was in the middle of it. Last year Sparo did seven figures. Best year they've had since founding.
In January she flew our founder and ops manager down to sit in on her annual team meeting. We watched the room watch her and Kevin texted her afterward and told her she's a badass CEO, which she is.
She's now weighing a different set of doors. Sell, pivot, keep running. Same process but a way better position.
βI'm not in an echo chamber,β she says. βHe's kind of like my uncle that I can just call. That person I don't actually have in my family that I wish that I did.β
The takeaway
She didn't need advice. She needed the three doors up where she could see them and someone to help her walk through them confidently.
Your next chapter starts with just one meeting, you and me.
